This section contains a brief outline of this year's SATs, GCSE and
A Level examination results. Full details are given in the School Performance
information files below.

| Results continued to be well above national averages. English results
showed a continued upward trend with 79% of students achieving Level
5+ and 37% at Level 6+. The corresponding results for Maths were 87%
Level 5+ and 66% Level 6+. In Science there were 80% of students at Level
5+ and 53% at Level 6+. |

Students achieved a 5 A* - C pass rate of 70% exceeding our targets.
96% of students achieved 5 or more A* - G and 96% achieved 1 or
more A* - G.

Students achieved the second highest pass rate ever at 94%, compared
with 98% last year and 94% the previous year. 100% pass rates were
achieved in 15 subjects.
